Chef Wei has opened up his own restaurant Umami Bistro, offering traditional Taiwanese style rice and noodle dishes. The menu is simple, healthy and the goal is to tantalize your taste buds and leave you wanting.
All About Me
Umami Bistro was founded in 2020 as a Rice/Noodle dinning café with Taiwanese flavor.
We believe cooking the natural taste of the ingredients is the best policy and that is why our food is prepared with least seasoning and NO MSG.
The broths we used for both Beef and chicken take 9-12 hours to simmer and the sauces for noodles are all house made. We put more time and effort through the cooking process to add assurance of the quality and hopefully we will gain your appreciations.
